研究方向
一、研究方向
面向人民生命健康,聚焦“新植提”“功能蛋”“优脂肉”三个重要领域开展创新,科技支撑优质肉蛋生产,满足美好生活需要。
(一)饲料安全风险评估与新植提产品开发
开展我国饲用植物提取物及产品安全风险评估,支撑行业健康发展。通过“资源错位利用”“结构靶向改造”“新资源开发”,研制具有自主产权的新型植物提取物产品,推动产业应用与标准化,为后抗生素时代饲料和畜产品安全提供解决方案。
(二)畜禽肉蛋品质形成机制与营养调控技术
研究不同畜禽肉蛋品质特性,揭示特性品质形成的生化代谢机制;阐明日粮对畜禽肉蛋品质形成的作用,创建提高畜禽肉蛋品质的营养调控技术,研发营养均衡、风味优良的“功能蛋”“优脂肉”产品,推动标准化生产。
(三)畜禽肉蛋品质评价技术与质量分级标准
建立畜禽肉蛋多维品质评价技术,实现“用科学定义好吃、用数据呈现美味”。创建发酵等畜产品加工增值新技术,开发新型产品;研究畜禽肉蛋分等分级方法,制定质量分级标准,推动“优质优价”。
