一、研究方向
1. 饲料及工业用酶
定位于饲料及工业用酶领域的基础研究和产品开发,以促进饲料及工业用酶的产业升级、推广应用为目标。在酶资源挖掘和利用、酶结构和功能研究和催化机理解析、酶高效分泌表达研究基础上,重点发展生物信息预测技术、功能基因大数据挖掘技术、计算辅助的酶定向设计和改良技术、人工酶技术、新的表达体系等,致力于重要生物资源及酶相关的元件的发掘和鉴定、重要酶分子改造、显著提高酶的异源表达水平、提高酶制剂的规模化生产和应用水平,为酶制剂产业提供核心技术支撑。
2. 畜牧业用生物活性制剂研究
在生物活性产物的生物合成、代谢调控、作用机制、结构功能等研究的基础上,阐明生物活性作用机制,利用合成生物学的理念和技术方法,重点发展基因组工程、代谢途径工程、进化工程等,优化、重排或理性设计微生物细胞代谢途径,打通从基因组到产品的技术链条,大量合成功能性蛋白和畜牧业用生物活性物质,发展畜牧业用生物活性高效生产平台。提高畜牧业用生物活性物质的产率与效率,实现重点新产品创制。

1. 科技奖励与成果转化
获国家科技进步二等奖2项,省部级一等奖1项,发明专利优秀奖4项。
研发的二十余种饲料酶和工业酶产品已实现产业化生产,并成为市场上的主导产品和先导产品。获得中国发明专利和国际发明专利100余项,其中专利许可/技术转让 40余项。确立了在饲用酶制剂理论及应用研究方面的国际先进水平,并在我国饲料行业起到了很好的示范推广作用。
