牧草种质资源保护与利用科技创新团队

研究方向

  一、研究方向:

  1、牧草种质收集引进、入库保存与评价鉴定

  长期负责国内牧草种质收集、引进、繁种、入库保存工作,丰富了我国牧草种质资源储备;通过对重要牧草种质资源(豆科和禾本科牧草为主)进行产量、抗性和品质的系统评价鉴定,筛选优质牧草种质资源,结合传统育种方式,培育具有自主知识产权的牧草新种质;为国内牧草研究单位提供种质资源的共享服务,进行联合评价利用,协助登记牧草新品种;开展牧草资源的遗传多样性和遗传结构评价,开发分子标记,开展牧草的全基因组关联分析。

  2、重要牧草资源及其关键基因的发掘与创新利用

  在牧草种质资源收集评价的基础上,瞄准国际牧草科技前沿,利用细胞遗传学、数量遗传学、分子生物学和植物生理学等方法和技术,开展苜蓿等豆科主要牧草高产、多抗、优质性状相关的分子机制研究,挖掘牧草优异基因资源,丰富我国牧草种质资源基因库;通过解析牧草重要性状的分子调控机制,夯实牧草分子育种的基础研究,为牧草分子设计育种提供理论支撑;通过建立稳定高效的牧草遗传转化体系,创制牧草新种质,提高牧草的产量、抗性和品质,促进草牧业的可持续发展。
