研究方向

1. 重要性状遗传机理解析

团队聚焦肉鸡产业中的生产效率与肌肉品质关键问题,遵循“科学问题来自于生产实际”的原则,以鸡重要性状的性能改良和品质提升为切入点,挖掘肉鸡产肉率、饲料报酬、抗病力、脂肪沉积和风味等重要经济性状功能基因并解析遗传基础,筛选肉鸡宿主抗病功能基因并解析其作用机制。

2. 育种技术研发

国内最早建立了肌内脂肪含量、淋巴细胞比率等选育技术;国内最早建立了矮小型肉鸡配套制种技术,在30%的国家审定肉鸡新品种中得到应用;自主研发出国内首款“京芯一号”肉鸡基因组育种芯片,建立了肉鸡全基因组选择技术平台;建立节粮优质抗病育种技术体系,为解决产业中优质高产高效问题提供了关键技术支撑。

3. 新品种培育

利用优良地方鸡种、进口肉鸡等遗传素材,与育种企业合作,创制专门化新品系,持续开展品系选育和配套系培育工作,培育具有市场竞争力的黄羽肉鸡和快速型白羽肉鸡新品种,有力推动了北京油鸡等地方种质资源的开发利用,打破了白羽肉鸡种源的国际垄断、实现了种源自主可控。

获国家科技进步二等奖2项、北京市科技进步一等奖1项、中华农业科技一等奖1项、全国农牧渔业丰收一等奖1项、安徽科学技术一等奖1项;入选科技部创新人才推进计划重点领域创新团队。

2. 新品种(配套系)

育成京星黄鸡100、京星黄鸡102、京星黄鸡103等3个肉鸡新品种(配套系),与企业合作育成广明2号白羽肉鸡、金陵麻乌鸡、金陵黑凤鸡、金陵花鸡、五星黄鸡等5个肉鸡新品种(配套系)。
